Dejo Dicho
An app for a household and the people who work in it. It holds the home's rooms, tasks, and instructions, and translates them between English and Spanish so each person reads them in their own language. For iPhone and Android.

Knockout List
An app for trade crews. The foreman walks the job and says what is left; the app turns it into a punch list, unit by unit, and sends each crew member a text with a link to their own part. Nothing to install for the crew. In English.
